Excellent response first on a phone call and then the actual repair when home. When we were away on holiday and our caravan wheelchair lift had come down as usual, but wouldn't go up, so we couldn't move, Hale Manufacturing staff helped us by phone and we were very grateful for their clear instructions and advice. Then when we got home, they fixed it promptly for a very reasonable charge. We totally recommend Hale Manufacturing Christchurch - Thank you very much!
